    An excellent post. Great images. My preferences would be for the wild open scenes, but all pretting stirring!

    Thanks Dave, Islay is a really special place, which is why we have taken a cottage there for a few days over Christmas to get away and just chill out…

    Christmas on Islay, that sounds nice. With a bit of luck you might even get an extended stay, like I almost did last week ;-)

    Armin: chilling out on Islay is the perfect way to spend Christmas, and as much as we would love to be lucky enough to “get an extended stay”, neither of us can really afford it thanks toother commitments :(
